1. That the petitioner pcoposes a:eclessification of the above described property fcom the R-1~ One Family
Residential, Zone to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, to permit the establishment of
bus:iness and professional offices on subject p•ropertyo
2o That the proposed reclassification of sub~ect property is not necessary and~or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
3e That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not property relate to
the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property
art3 to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout i:he community.
