for end'against snid proposed conditioaal use and to investigate and meke findiags end ~ecommendations in conrtection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioa, after due inspecti~n, iavestigation, end study made by itself end in its bebalf,
and after due coasideration of all evideace ueid teports offered at seid hearing, does find and dete:mine the following fects:

1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a single story multiple family planned residential development with carports on
subject property~
2. TY:at ~the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and grovrth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locatedo
3. That the developm~ttt was not compatible to the areaa
4. That the density is too high for a Planned Residential Development.
5. That the City of Ga:rden Grove indicated the area in their City near the subject
property is improved with low density residential uses, and their Planning Coimnission
actions have been to retain its single family charactero
6oThat subject property mey be suitatily subdivided for single family residential homes.
7o That tiuee (3) persons appeared, and a petition was submitted with 98 signatures,
