That the proposed use is pmperly one for which a Conditional .t1ae Perrtitt is authodzed by this Code, to wit: expand an existing Church and related facilitieso 2. That the proposed use qiII aot edveisel3 effect,ihe adjoiniag land uses and the gm~sth end development of !he area in which itis propoaed to be located. ~3.
