NOW, THEREFGRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenr.ing Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
ta the pYOposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the safety and genewl welface ofthe Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
lo That sub~ect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Ar.ah~im9 rnarked "Exhibit Noe 1", provided that
the use of this structure shall be terminated ~pon the d evelopment of sub3ect propertyo
