~" Petition for Conditional Use Permit, apon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
r: to the proposed use of the subject p:operty in order to presecve the safety and general welface oEthe Citizens of the
t City of Anaheim: ,

~ lo That a six (6) foot masonry wall shall be constructed within the westerly bourdary
i of subject property ad3acent to the Santa Ana Freeway, prior to final building inspection~

n 2a That a six (6) foot masonry wall shall be constxucted on the property line abutting
'~ the Anaheim Road right-of~way, except at the intersection of "B" Street, that reasbnable

i landscaping including irrigaiion facilities shall be installed in the parkway portion of
~ Anaheim Road, and that trees shell be planted in treewells spaced at forty (40) foot interva~s,
~ and after installation of said landscaping and its accep•tance by the City, maintenance
