WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the C:ty Hall in the City oF Anaheim on
July 22, 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as cequired by
lew end in eccocdence with the p~ovisions of the Anaheim Pdunicipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heac and conaidee evidence
for end against said pcoposed conditional use end to investigete and meke findings and recommendet:ons in connection
the:ewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, iavestigati~!:, and study made oy itself and in its behalf, and
after due considecation of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing; does find and determiue the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is p:operly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a mo•tel on subject propertye
2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely effect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development oE
the area in which it is pcoposed to be locdted.
3. Tt~et the size end shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development ofthe
propased use in a menner not detrimental to the perticuler area nor to the peace, health, sa:~:y, and gcne ~l ael:a:e
of the Citizens of the City of Matieim. '
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionei Use Permit under the conditions imposed, iE any, will not be detclmental
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and nighways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
