WHEREAS, the City Planning Commisaion did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
July 22~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'closk P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as cequiced by
law end in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chaptee 18.64, to hear and considec evidence
for and against said proposed coaditionel use and to investigate and make findings and iecommendatioas in connection
therewith; and '
WHEREAS, said Commissioa, efter due iaspection, iavestigation, and study mede by itself and in ite behalf, end
after due consideieti~a of atl evidence end repoda offe:ed at seid hearing, does find end dete~mine the following facts:

4. That the ~entiaB of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detcimentel
to the peece~ health, sefety, end gene=al welfare of the Citizens of the City of .;naheim.
5o That tHe traffic gEne.rated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the ai~ea.
6> That one person appeared in opposition and 12 persons appeared in support, and
that a petition signed by i:wenty-fiye property owners was received in support of sub3ect

NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City PSenning Commission does hereby grer.t. subject
Petition for Conditionei Use Permit, upon the following conditions :~hicS are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the pcoposed use of the subject property in ocder to preserve the s«fety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installed along Western Avenue and Lincoln
Avenue, as required by the City Engineer and in.accordance with standard plans and specifica-
tions cn file in the office of.the City Fngineer, prior to final building ins~ectiono
2o That trash storage a*eas shall be provided in accordance w ith approved plans on
f i2e in the office of the Director of Public 'Norks, prior to final building inspPCtion>
3o That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance wii;h plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Noso 1 and 2", ~.nd
