A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 459 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissioa of the City of Aaaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom FRITZ GOOSSENS, The Revere House, First Street and Tustin Avenue, Tustin,
California, Owner; CI-?RYSLER MCITORS ODPOPRATION, c~o McCutchen, Black, Harnagel & Shea9
615 South Flower Street, Los Angeles 17, California, Agent of certain real property sit-
uated in the Cii;y of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California described in Exhibit
"A" attached here~•o and referred to herein as though set forth in fuil
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hea:ing at .the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
AUgust 5~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public henring having been duly given as :equired by
law end in accordance with the p:ovisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st seid ptoposed conditional use as~d to investigate and make Eindings and recommendetions in connection
theeewith; end ,
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspectton, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due conside:ation of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: permit the establishment of an autoinobile and truck overhauling, painting, mechanical
body and fender repair operation on subject property~
2. That the proposed use will aot advecaely effect the edjoining laad uses and the growth end development of
the ecea in which it is proposed to be Iccated.
3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to a11ow thefull development ofthe
pcoposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particular ecea nor to the peaoe, health, sefety, and gener6l welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. .
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will r:±t be detrimentel
to the peace, health, safery, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5o That tlie traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the aseao
6. That the proposed body shop structure opening to the south, and having solid
walls on the west, north, and east was deemed sufficiently enclosed to conform with the

7o That the petitioner stipulated that in the event complaints were received relative
to excessive noises emanating from the body shop structure, that the structure would be '
entirely enclosed and air-conditioning installed, to prevent any unnecessary noises
emanating f.rom the pxoposed useo

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Condiuonal Use Permit, upon the following conditioas which are hereby found to be a necessary pcerequi~ite
to the proposed use of the subject property in a:der 4o p:eserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
le That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Noso 1 and 2"9 except
as amended herei.n9 and all M-1, Light Industr3al Site development standardso
