WHEF.EAS, Ehe City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
August 59 19639 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having beep duly given es required by
law end in accordance with the pmvisions of the Aneheim MunicIpal Cade, Chepter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egainst seid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetians in connection
therewith; end .
WHEREAS, said Commission, eHer due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideeation of all evidence end repo~ts offeted at seid heering, does find end determine the .hliowing facts:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a boarding house on subject propert~yo
2o That the proposed use wi11 adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the
yrowth and developmeni of the area in which it is proposed to be locatedo
3~ That ttie proposed use would be incompatible to the existing single family
residential ettvironment adjacent to and in close proximity to subject p.ropertyo
4o That the injection of a coirunercial use for subject property, might set a
pattern of development for adjacent property wMich is presently zoned for residential
agricultural use.
5o That six (6) persons appeared xn opposition to subject petitiono
