WHERFAS9 the CiEy Planning Commission did recormnend in Resolution Noa 767, Serles 1962-63,
dated May 13, 1963y tt-,at Reclassific~ation No~ 62•-63-113 be approved subject to conditions$ and
WHEREAS, upon invest.igalion by •the City Attorney°s office sela+,ive ~to formulatinq the
os•dinance recommending that property cavered by Reclassification Noe 62-•63-113 and Resolution
Noa 7679 Series 1962~639 dic' determine that "Exhibit A" referred to as the description of
certain real property was erroneousj and
YVHERF~1Sy in the legal notices of the public hearings of both the City Planning Commission
arid the C£ty Council, said p•roperty had been properly advertised„
NOWy THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that "Exhibit A" attached hereto shall be deemed the
true description of certain reaZ property in the approval of Reclassification No.~ 62-63-1139
and shall replace that ori.ginall•y a±tached to Resolution Noo 767, Series 1962-~630
