That the.cwners of sub3ect property shall pay .to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25000 per dwelling..unit to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at ~he time.tbe building.permit is issuedo 2o That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. 3. That firt~ hyrirants shall.be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the.FirE Department9 to.be.installed prior to rinal building inspectiono 4, That Conditional Use Permit Noo 433 is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification Noo 62-63-1250 5. That subject property sha11 be.developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifica.tions on file'with i;he City of Anaheim, marked Feevision No. 1, Exhibit No. 1, as amended hereino 6. That a minimum ten (10) foot building setback from •the proposed strest be 3ncor- porated into sub3ect developmento 7> That all pedestrian passageways between buildings be a minimum of ten (10) feet in width. 8e That the proposed driveways into the carport areas shall be reduced to twenty (20) fe~t in width, and that lar,dscaping be installed on either side of said driveways to shield as much as possible,. the carport complexes from viewo 9o That the distance between.the proposed recreational and laundry builriing, adjacent to carports, be increas~d ten (10~ feet, or that the two buildings be ~oined together. 10. That the interior wa11s of the proposed carports shall be finished with exterior building materials, ~.hat enclosed storage cabinets shall be installed along the rear wall of each carport, and that suitable bumper guards sha11 be installed to protect the interior walls of the proposed carports, all of which shall be done prior to final building, inspection. 11.
