that Title 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code. bo amended to exclude the ebove described property from the
R=A; Resiclential Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property in the C-1, f
Neighborhood ~omnercial, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be '~
a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the ~
safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimo '
lo That straet improvement plans shall be prepared and all engineering requirements of the'~
City of Anaheim along Lincoln and.Magnolia Avenues, such as curbs and guttersy sidewalks, street ~
grading and paving, drainage facilities9 or other. appurtenant work shall be completed as required~
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the i
Office of thP City Engineer, and that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory ~.o the City of
Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarant~e the installation of said engineering i
requirementso ~
2o That the ownex of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2,00 ;
per~front foot, along Linco.ln and Magnolia Avenues, for street lighting purposese `
' 3e That t•rash stoxage areas shail be provided in accordance with approved plans on file ;
in the off ice ~of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspectiono ;
