WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition fnr Verience

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the (;ity of Anaheim

~ Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro. a
~ posed usz of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfare of c~ie Citizens of the City of
