1. TheE the proposed uae is properly oae for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to w?t:
establish a two-story, multiple family planned residential development with carports.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the
growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locatedo
3. That in previous actions by the Commission and City Council for residential
development in the Northeast ~ndustrial Area, it has been their policy to maintaitt said

4. That the area in which sub3ect property is located has had no physical, or any re-
