law end ie accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.6d, to hear and consider evideace
for and again~t seid proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and cecommendations in connection
theeewith; and .
V]H~REAS, seid Commissioa, after due iaspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behalf, end
after due considecetion of all evidence end repox~s offeced at said hearing, does find and detem~ine the following facts:
i. That the ptoposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel,Use Permit is authorized by thls Code, to
witiconstrtict steel canopies over existing pump islands. .
2. That the pcopased use will aot edvecsely a£fect the adjoiaing land uses end the growth end developmer.t of
the acea in which it is pmposed to be located.
3. That the size end shepe of the site proposecl foe the use is adequate to allow the full developmeat of the
propoEed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end genecal welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. .
4. That the granting of the Conditionei Use Permit undec the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, heal:h, saEeky, and general welfece of the Citizens of the Citp of Anehe3m.
;ia That ttre traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and impruved to carry the traffic in the :area.
6. Th3t no one appeared in opposition to suhject petition.

Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which a:e hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in o:der to preserv=• the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anahe_m:
