PIOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Piannino Cor~miss?on does hereby gsant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon Lhe following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary p:ecequisite
to the pmposed use of the subject property in order to pcesecve the safety and general w~lfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
'lo That the sidewalks shall be 3nstalled along Los Angeles Street, as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standa•rd plans and specifications on file in the
office of the Ci~} EnginePr prior to final building inspectiQno
2a That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance ~vith approved plans on
f iie in the office of the Direcior oi Public Works, prior to final building inspectiono
3o That subject property shall'be developed substantially in accordance with Revision Noo
2, Exhibit Nosa 1 through 60
4o Development and maintenance of subject property in accordance with all requirements
of the M-1, Li9ht Industrial, and the P~Ly Parking Landscaping, Zones.
5o That treewel'ls shall be provided at approximately forty (40) foot intervals in the
Los Angeles Street parkway abutting subject property; that plans for said treewells and
planting of trees therein shall.be submitted to and approved by the Superintendent of
Parkway Maintenance; and said treewells shall be planted with trees prior to final building
inspectiono
