WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on September 49 19639 at ?:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es required
by law and in acco~dance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for end against said proposed varience and to investigate and me1:e findings and cecommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
ard efter due consideretion of ali evidertce en3 reports offered as said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a verience fcom the Aneheim Munici~al Code: SeCtion 18. 04,030 (1~ which
stipulates the required parking in tlie C-19 Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, and Section 180400020
(1) which requires a height limitation not to exceed ~ stories, or 35 feet in height, to

2. Thet thece are excegiional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property'thet do not epply generally to the pcoperty or class of use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. Thet the requested varience is necessery for the pcesecvation and enjoyment of a substaatial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the ptoperty in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the pubiic welfare or injurious to the pmp-
