WHEREAS, said Commission, after due iuspectioa, investigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideratioa of ell evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the foliowiag facts:

2. That the proposed use wili not edvecaely e£fect.the edjoiaing laad uses end the gcowth end developmeat of

3. Thet the size and shape of the site propoaed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the paeticular ecea nor to the peece, health, safety, and geaeral welfere

Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which a:e heceby found to be t~ necessary pterequlsite
to the proposed use of the subject propect}~ in order to preserve the safety and general welfere of the Citizens of fhe
City of Anaheim:
1> That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on ~
file in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final buildinq inspection.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheimv marked Exhibit Noso 1, 2, and 3, and_
in accordince with adopted Service Station PAinimum Site Development Standardso
