A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANN1R~iG COh!!~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 480 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Muheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Peemitfrom JANE Ho BRIGHT9 12651 Greentxee, Garden Grove, California, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim9 County of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot Nosa 4 g 59 Tract Noo 423, and further described as 331 North Harbor
Boulevard9 Anaheimy California •
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on ;
Septethber 169 1963, at 2:00 0'..lock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and ;~: accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear end considee evidence
for end against said proposed rnnditional use and to inveatigate and make findings end recommendetions in connection
the:ewith; end •
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, dnd study made by itself and in ite behelf,
end after due consideration of ell evidence and repo:ts offered at said hearing, does find end detecmine the following feds:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is propetly one for which a Conditionel Use Peicnit is autho:ized by this Code, to wit:
establish a nurse:y on subject propertyo
. 2e That the proposed Use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the
growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3e That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit will be detrimental to the peace,
health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4o That the proposed commercial use is incompatible to the resi ential environ-
ment immediately adjacent to subject property on the north, south, an~ west.
5o That two (2) persons appeared, one of whom presented a petiiion signEd by
thirty-seven (37) px•operty owners adjacent to and in close proximity to subject property, ,
opposing subject petitiono
