WfiEREAS, the City Pianning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Ccnditiona2
Use Permitfrom GLORIA Ho & ROBERT Mo MILLER, 1530 South Harber Boul=yard, P.naheim, California,
Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oranga, State of
California, described ir. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set
forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
September 16~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as ,requiced by
law and in accordcutce with the provis:ons of the Maheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions ia connection
therewith; and •
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
efter due ccnsideratian of all evidence end reports offeted et said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the pmposed use is pzoperly one for which a Conditional .[)se Perin;t is author;zed by thie Code, to

2. Thet the pioposed use wi11 aot edveesely effect.the adjoiniag land uses end the growth and development of

~roposed use in e matinEr not detrimeatal tq the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anahe:m. .

Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary p:e:equisite

land sixty (60) feet in width from the centerline of the street., alo.ng Harbor Boulevard, for
street widening purposeso
