September 30, i963, at 2:00 o'clocic P.M., notice of se+id public hearing haviag been duly given as required by
law end in ecco:dence with the psovisions of the Aneheim Muaicipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end coasider evidence
foe and ageinst seld proposed rnaditioael use and to iavestigate and make findiags and zecommendations in connection
theeewiih; and •
WHEREAS, said Commisaion, after dua iuapection, investlgatioa, end study made by itself and Iz its behalf, and
efter due conside:ation of ell evidenca end ~epods offered at seid headng, doea find end determine the following fects:
1. That the pxopoead use is properly one for which a Conditfoael,Usa Permit ia authorized by this Cade, to
wit: estaBlish an additional storage area for. smzll boats ar:d boat trailers for Satellite
Mobile Home Estateso
2. Thet the propooed use wiil aot edvecsely effmct.the adjoining lend uses and the gmwth end development of
U~e azea in which it is ptoposeci to be located.
3. That the size and ehepe of the aite proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full devclopment of the
pcoposed use in a maaner not detdmeatal to the perticular a=ea rior to the peace, health, safety, end general welfere ~
of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. . +
4. Thet the grantiag of the Conditional Use Petmit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental i
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens ofthe City of Aneheim.
5a That by stipulation, the petitioner agreed that the proposed outdoor storage
shall be utilized for the~storage of uninhabited travel trailers, small boats and..boat

NOW, THE:2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm ~City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
, Petition for CondJtionel Use Petmi:, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite ~
to tha propused use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfare oE the Citizens of the
City of Aneheirtt:
' Io That street improvemer.~ plans shall be prepared and all engineering reauirements
of the City of Anaheim along t+tountain View Avenue9 such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
strest grading and paving9 drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be com-
pleted as required by the City.Fngineer and in accordance with standard plans an~ specifi-
cations on file in ~he office of the City Engineer, and that a bond in an amount and form
satisfactory to the City of M aheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installa-
tion of said engineering requirp~ai;tso
2a That the bwners of subject property sliall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
$2000 per front foot, along.Moun+,ain View Avenue, for street lighting purposeso
3e That Condition Nos. 1 and 2S above mentioned, shall be complied with within a
period of 160 days from date hereof, or such further time as the Cormnission may grant>
4o That a two (2) year time limitation sha11 be qranted for the proposed use
and_that.upon expira+.ion date9 the Commission shall review the use to detennine the feasibility
of gianting additional time for the use approved by this resolutiono
5, That a six (6) foot masonry wall shall be cor.structed along the north, east,
and south property lines, prior to final building inspectiona
6o That subject property sha?1 be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on f ile with the City of Anaheimy marked Exhibit Noo lo
