OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION 'r OR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-37 gE APPROVED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did raceive a verified Petition for Fceclassifica- tionfrom NICHOLAS Jo & LILLIAN DOVALIS, 9281 Fiarriet Lane, Anaheim, California, Owners; CHARLES Ja HINCKLEY, JRo, 1921 Lodi Place, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of ~alifornia, described 'in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Meheim on September 309 19639 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. aotice of said puUlic hearing heving been duly given es required by law end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidance for and ageinst seid pioposed reclassifica4ion and to investigate end meke findings and reaommendetions in coanertion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspecUon, investigation, end study made by itself ond in ita behelf, and eftar due consideration af all evidence ead repods oEfered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Thet the petitioner proposes a ceclassificetion of the ebove described property from the R-A~ Residential Agricultural, Zone to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone to permit the establishment of a 16 unit office building on subject property~ 2. That the proposed reclessificetion of subject property is necessery and/or desirable far the orderly and pro- per development of the communiry. 3.
