RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHELI9 THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. ~3-64-41 gE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did initiate a Petition for Reclassifi-
cation on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to h2rein as though set
forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning CommissioR did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Meheim on
September 30~ 1963~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been uuly given as required by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said .ptoposed reclassIficetion end to investigate and make findings and recommendettona in connection
therewith; and
