WHEREAS, said Commission, after due ittspection, investigation, end study made by itaelf end in its behalf, and
efter due consideration of e11 ovideace and mports offeied et seid headng, does find end dete~mine the following facta:
2. That the proposed use is pzopeely one for which a Conditional.Uge Pa~mit is authorized by this Code, to
wiE: establish a one and two-story Multiple Family Planned Residential devel~pment with
carport.s'.
2. Thet the p~oposed usa will aot edversely e£fect the adJoining lend•uses and the growth end developaent of
th~ azea in which it is propoeed to be located.
3. That the size and ahepe of the site p~oposed for the use is edequete to allow the full development of tho

grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are
