to the City Council of the City of Aneheim thet Rubject Petition for Reclessificatlon be appcoved end, by so doing,
thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the ebove described property from the
R-A9 Reside~ial Agricultural9 Zone and to incorporate said described p•roperty into the R~1,
One~Family Residential, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a
necessary prErequisite t•o the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety
and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimo
