A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEiM

WHEREAS, the City Pienning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive e verifled Petition for Veriance

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim
on T;ovember 13~ 1963 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the pcovisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consldeP
evldence for and egeinst seid pcoposed variance end to inves~igate and meke findings end recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commiesion, aEter due inspection, investigation, and atudy made by itaelf and in its behelf,
end after due consideration of ell evidence end reports offered ns aeid hearing, does fInd and determine the following
fects:
1. Thet the petitioner iequests a varience from the Anaheim Municipal Code: SeCtion 18o32e 120~ which
requires 14 parking spaces per dwelling unit in a garage9 to develop subject property with
carportsa
2. That thece are exceptional or extraordinery ciccumstances or conditions epplicable to the propnrty involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generelly to the prope~y or cless of use in the aeme vicinity
end zone.
3. Thet the requested varience is neceasnry for the preservation end enjoyment,of e aubstanG.+l property right
possessed by other p:operty in the seme v:cinity end zone, and denied to the propedy in question.
4. That the requested ve:iance wil! not be meterielly detrimental to the public welfote or infucious to the pmp-

Petition for Vadance, npon Wa following cendi.tions which ace heceby found to be a necessary-precequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety and general weliace of the Citizenc of the City of
Aneheim. '
1. That the owners of sub3ect praperty shall pay to the.City of Anaheim the sum of
$25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes; said amount to be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.
2: 'fhat trash storage areas shall be provided in,accordance with approved plans on
file in L•he office of the Director of Public Works, prior to fir.al building inspection.
3. -Tfiat the owners of subject property sha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the surn of
$200~ per front foot along Ohio Street for street lighting purpo~eso
4o That Cond3tion Noo 3~ above mentioned, shall be complied with w~thin a period of

5. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheimy marked Revision Noo l, Exhibit

Review.
6. That the rear and side walls of the proposed carports shall be finished with
exterior building materiaTs, that enclosed storage cabinets with a minimum capacity
of one hundred cubic feet shall be provided at the rear wall, and that adequate ~umper
guards shall be provided to protect the interior walls of the carports prior to final
building inspect3on.
