WTiEREAS, the City Plazltung CommiPSion of the City of Aaaheim dId receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Pennitfrom EVA 5, BIII.ANSKIy 2760 Crescent Avenue, Suena Paxk, Califarnia, Owner; JOHN
Ao MILLER,'583 West 19th Stree`t, Costa Mesa, Cal3fornia, Agent of certain real propArty
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California9 described as Lot Noe
25, Tract Noo 641, and further described as 2760 Crescent Avenue .

WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
November 13~ 19639 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requiced by
