after due sonslderation of all evideace and teports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That tha proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional,Uae Permit ie authorize4 uy this Code, to

in the office of the Di•rector of Public Works, prior to t~he rec2assification of subject
