T.hat the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, along Katella Avenue and Casa Grande Avenue, for street lighting purposes. 2. That a modified cul-de-sac be provided at ihe terminus of Stella Avenue subject to the a~,~roval of the City Engineer, prior to :inal building inspection. 3. That the own2rs of subject property shall deed to the City of Anahei.m a three foot overhang easement along the northerly 200 feet adjacent to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone stx•uctures abutti.ng to the north of subject propertyo 4. That trash stotage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the affice of.#1ie Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. 5. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fi.re Department, to be installed prior to final building inspection. 6. That Condi~ion Nosa 1 and 3, above mentioned9 shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the Commission may granie 7e That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of.Anaheim, marked "Exhibits 1-10" as amended herein. 8o That a b-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the west property line, thence easterly to the southwesterly corner of the motel, to separate and prohibit access to the single.family and_multiple family residantial property adjacent to the parking area of the proposed motel,prior to final building i.nspectiono 9. That if central air-conditioning f acilities are installed in the proposed buildings, these facilities shall be contained within the building or properly shielded from view, that window units may be installed along the first floor only of the Cssa Grande Avenue elevation, and that the second story units shall be relocated to the northerly side of said structure~ 10.
