69, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of ~
Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to '

DecembeT 9 19639 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in acco~dance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and considsc evidence

4. Thet the gran4ing of the Conditional Use Permit under the condltions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in i

lo Tha~ the sidewalks shall be installed along Harbor Boulevard, as required by the ~
City.Fngineer and.in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office ;
of the City.Engineer grior to fi.nal building inspection~ ~
2o That trash storage areas shali be provided in accordance with approved plans on file '
in the.Office of the Director of Public Nlorks, prior to final building inspection~ ~j
3o That the owners of subjecti nroperty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of ~
$2000 per front foot, along Harbor Boulevard for stxaet iighting purposeso ;
