the followinga "(31) Automobile Service Stationsy limited to those sites located at the inter-

~ section of two major (120 feet)y primary (106 feet)y or secondary (90 feet) highways as des-

~ ignated on the Cix•culation Element of the General Plan9 except where the site is wi.thin 75 feet

2. That the provision for the estabiishment of super-service stations in Section 18024.010(24)
's and the reference to gasoline service stations in Section 18e48a010(1-a) be deletede
3o That Section 18~640020(3) be amended to read as followss
"{3) The following uses are determined to be incompatible with and shall not be allowed
in the "R-E", "R-0", "R~1", "R-2"9 and "R-3" Zones, but may be permitted in the "R-A",
"C-1", "C-2", "G-3"9 "M-1"9 and "M-2", Zones9 subject to conditional use permit, provided
that no conditional u:,e permit shall be required in any zone in which such use is specifically
and unconditionaily permi,tted"o
