f: did consider a revision to the Service Station Minimum Site Development Standards by originally (

~ approved Resalution No. 832, Ser.ies '1963-64, and

'~ WHEREAS9 consistent standards of anproval and development are deemed necessary for the ?
i~: protection of the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citize~s of the Gity of i
~: Anaheimo
~~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Maheim Planning Commission hereby adopts Ser.vice
~z Station.biinimum Site Development Standards as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and ~
..._,.~ referrnd to herein as though set forth in full, and recommends to the City Council the adoption
of these standards, and that all automobi.le service stations hereinafter established in the
City oi Anaheim, except those for which Building Permits have been issued prior to the effective ~
date of the adoption of said standards, shall be developed and maintained in accordance with '
said standards 1
