3. That 4he size and sh~ape of the sife pruposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manaer not detrimental to the perticular area rior to the peace, health, safety, and generat welfare
oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. .
4. That the grantiag of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the pesce, health, sefety, end general welfare ofthe Citizens ofthe City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Pecmit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery pre:equisite
to the proposed use of the subject ptoperty in o:der to presecve the sefety and gene:al ws:fate oEthe Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That street improvement plans shall be prepared and all engineering requirements of
the City of Anaheim along Orange Avettue and Knott Street, such es cuxbs and gutters9 sidewalks,
stxeet grading and paving,.drainage facilit%es, or other appurtenant work shall be completed
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
f ile in the office of the City Engineer9 prior to final building inspectiono
2•o That trash storage areas shall be provided ir accordance with approved plans on f ile
in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspectiono
3o That subject property sha11 be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
