That this variance is gr~nted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. 63-64-64. 3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit No. 1"., as amended herein, , provided.that a 10-foot setback from Brookhurst Street be maintained, and that the sign indicated ' shall not be considered.as..part of this exhibito ' 4, That a 10-foot strip of land where adjacent to'buildings and a 3-foot strip of land , whexe adjacent to parking areas shall be landscaped on the Brookhurst Street and Brookmore Avenue frontage and said landscaping maintained, as indicated on Exhibit Noo 1, on file with ; the City; that plans for said landscaping shall be submitted to and approved by the Superinten- dent'of P.arkway.Maintenance; a1d ~chat said landscaping shall be installed prior to final building inspection. 5e That tree wells shall be provided at approximate 40-foot intervals in the Brookhurst Stre~t..and .proposed Bxookmore Avenue parkways abutting subject property; that plans for said - tree wells and.~,lanting of trees therein, shall be submitted to and approved by the Superinten- dent of ~arkway.Maintenance; and said tree wells shall be planted with trees prior to final building inspection. 6o';That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the east property line prior to final bLilding .inspectione ' 7.
