N0, 9469 SERIES 1963-64 GRANTIhIG OONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOo 493 BY
DII.EfIA'G STF~EEf DIDICATION FOR A PORTION OF MANCHESTER AVENUE IN
~NDITION DfOo J.9 AND THE SUBSTITUTION OF A REUISED IXHIBIT "A"
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did grant Petition for Conditional Use Permit Noo
493 on October 28, 1963 in Resolution Noo 946, Series 1963-64, and
WHFREAS, the petitioner subsequently indicated that there was no intention to incorporate
the existing service station site into the legally described property, and
WHEREAS, conditions were placed upon said service station site which should not be attached
to the approvai of the proposed motel-deveiopmentyand
WHEREAS9 a revised legal description was received which eliminated the northerly 150 feet
of the westeriy 150 feet of subject property~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby amend Resolution Noa 946y Series 1963-64 by the substitution of Revision No. 1,
"Hxhibit A" attachec hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full, and the revisio
of Condition Noa 1 of said resolution as follows:
"That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
45 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Manchester Avenue."
