RE50LUTION N0. 1034, SERIES 1963-64 A RESOLUTION OF TFYE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 531 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissioa of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF STANTON, P. 0. Box 584, Stanton, California, Owner; BiI:L J. WHITE, P. 0. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installed along Ball Road, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance v~ith standard plans and specifications on file in the I office of the City Engineer prior to final building inspection. 2. That a modified cul-de-sac be provided at the terminus of Deerwood Drive subject to the approval of the City Engineer. 3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file ~ in the off ice of the Director of Public Ylorks, prior to final building inspectione 4. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of S2o00 per front foot, along Ball Road, for street lighting purposeso 5. Tha~ the owners of sub~ect property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of 15Q pf~r front foot along Ball Road, for tree planting purposeso 6. That Condition Nos. 2, 4 and 5, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the Cortunission may grant. 7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with platts and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibi•t Nos. 1 through 9", as amended !' herein. 8. That the parking lot be developed in accordance with all provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code and the Parking Space Dimension Standards adopted by a resolution of the City Council. 9.
