WHEREAS, ffie City Planning Commission did hold a public heering et the City Hell in the Ciry of Aneheim on
February 3~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'ciock P.Ni..notice of seid public hearing having Ueen duly given as cequiced by
law and `in eccocdanc~ with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for an@ against said ptoposed reclassification and to investigate and meke findings an~i recommendations in connection
thecewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission„aEter due inspection, investigation, and atudy made by itself and in ite behalf, and
after due con~ide:atioa of all evidence and cepods offered at said hearing, does find end determine the followino facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a recle~sification of the above described property from the R-A~ Residential

story multiple family planned residential ~eve'lopment with carports.

following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use !
of sub~ect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the citize~s of
the City of Anaheim.
la That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
32-feet in widthy from the center line of the street, along Gilbert Street, for street widening,
