That the petitioner requests a vacience fmm the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18e32.060~ which requires that where an R-39 Zone abuts an R-A, R-0, or R-1, Zone that the structural height of any building erected on such abutting or adjacent lot shail be limited to one-story for a distance of 150 feet from the R-3, 2one boundary to establish a two-story multiple family residential development on subject propertyo 2. That there ase exceptionel or extrao~dinary circumstences or conditians appliceble tc the p:operty involved or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the propecty or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That ti~e cequested veriance is necessery for the preservetion and enjoyment of a substentiel property right possessed by other property in the sac~e viclnity and zone, and denied to the pmperty in queation. 4. That this Variance is granted sub3ect to the completion of Reclassification No. 63-64-70. 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum ~ of $25.00 Fer. dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. ?`~i 3e That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the orfice az the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection.
