WHEREAS, aeid Commissinn, after due inspection, invesUgatIon, and study made by itself end in its behelf,
end efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered as said headng, does ftnd and determine the following

1. Thet the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18024~030(4-a and 4-b),

~; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Flanning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Vadance, upon the following conditions which a:e hereby found to be a necessery pcerequisite to the pco-
~ pased use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the sefety end general welfere of the Citiiens of the City of
~. Aneheim.
~ 1. That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of
= lard 32-feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Liberty Lane, for street
widening purposes.
'! 2. That the sidewalks shall be installed along Liberty L~ne as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specif ications on file in the office
of'the City Engineer prior to final building inspectiono
3. That a Re.cord of Survey to record the approved Civision of subject property he
recorded in the office of the Orange County Recordero
;;: 4~ That the owners of sub~ect property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
15¢ per front foot along Rosemont Street and Liberty Lane, for tree planting purposes;
`t said amount to be paid at the time the building per~it is issued or within a period of
180 days from date hereof, whichever occv*s firsta
