A RESOLUTICN OF THE CITX PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did eeceive a verified Petition for Conditional
vse Permitfrom JAMES So MORRIS, 135 West Commonwealth, Fullerton, California, Owner;

Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
F~~bruary 17~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having beep dudy given as :equired by
lew ead in accocdence with the pmvisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.64, to heac and coasider evidence
for enc egninst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
I~HEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigntion, end study mnde by itself and in its behalf,
and after dae rnnatderation of ell evidence and eeports offeced at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fads:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:
