for end against said proposed coaditionel use and to investigate aed make findingo end recommendationa in connection

WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspestion, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behelf,
aad after due considecatioa of all evidence aad reports offered et eaid hearing, does find and determine the [ollowing fads:
