ING REQUIRF7dENTS BY THE AllDITION OF SECTION 18004o030(b-12) WALK-UP RESTAURANTS
WHEREAS, Code: Sec~tion '180040030 does not provide for the special parking requirements
of walk-up restaurantsgand- {
WHEREAS, a study was made of existing parking f acilities provided for walk-up restaurants, ~;
together with Code parking requirements itt other Orange County cities; and
' WHEREAS, said study presented facts that a req~irement of 10 parking spaces per 500
' square feet, plus 1 parking space for each additional 50 square feet of gross floor area was
deemed a satisfactorp parking requirement for walk-up restaurants; and

~~!~~~~~ WHEREAS, a duly advertised public hearing was held by the Planning Commission of the City
'" of Anaheim on the 17th da of Februar 1964 in the Council Chamber of the Cit Hail to

~'~~ consider evidence for and against said proposed addition to Title 18 of the.Anaheim Municipal
r~, Code, and to in~estigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
~'J WHERFA59 said Commission, after due inspectiony investigation, and study made by itself
>,;~ and in its behalf9 and after due cor.sideration of all evidence and reports offered at said ;
hearing, does find and cl~termine that the proposed amendment to Chapter 18, of the Anaheim
Municipal Code, will accomodata the unique requirements of walk-u~,~ restaurantso
>- NOWy THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVID that the City P'lanning Commission recommends to the City
4` Council of the City of Anaheim9 the amendment of Title 189 Section 180040030 General Provisions-
