That the proposed uso ta properly one foe which a Conditional,Use Permit is authorixad by thie Code, to witi establish a 82-un'it motel in cor.janct3.on w~th a family restaurant on subject property< 2. That the proposed use will aot adversely effect the: adjoining lend uses end the growth eud development of the acea in which it is pcoposed to be located. 3. Thet the size and ahepe of the site proposed fos the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a mannec not detrimentel to the pacticular area noe to the peece,, h~alth, safery, end gene:al welfere of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. 4.
