WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did recommend denial
in Resolation No. 9679 Series 1963-64, dated November 13, 1963 of Reclassification No.
63-64-58, and •
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did deny in Resolution
Noo 968y Series 1963-64, dated November 13y 1963, Conditional Use Permit Noo 503, and
WHEREASy the legal description of said resolutions was indicated as fo?lows:
"Lot Noo 25, of Tract No~ b41, and further described as 2760 Crescent Avenue", and
WHEREAS,.the property underr,onsslerationin Reclassification No. 63-64-58 and Conditional
Use ?ermit No. 503 had been correctly advertised as required by law, and
WHEREAS, subsequent correct legal description was submitted upon the approval being
given by the.~ity Council to the reclassification proceedings of Reclassification.No. 63-64-58.
NOW9 THEREE~RE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby amend the legal description of said property in Resolution Nos. 967, and 968,
Series 1963-64 as follows~
Certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California described ass I'he North 425 feet of the West Half of the North-
west quarter of the Southeas•t quarter of Section 12y in Township 4 South, Range
11 Y~est, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book
