A RESOLUTION OF T1-~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO TF~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI;~ OF ANAHEIM THAT
GENERAL PLAAJ AMENDMEM' N0~ 4 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ~f Ar.aheim did adopt..a Genera L Plan
by Resolution Noo 63R-869, showing the general description.and extent of. land.uses
within the City and indicatina tha present belief of the Council as to possi6le.future
development and redevelopment of land within the City; and.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission.of the City of Anaheim_.did recei~ce
verified Petitions for Reclass.ification No~ 63-64-91 and Conditional.Use Permit
No. 541, which petitions have implications on policies as expressed. on said General
Plan; and -

W}iEREAS, in conjunct'_on with the notice of~±he hearing on.said xecl.assifi-.
cation, notice was also given re9arding the consideration of..an.amendmant.tfl the
General Plan in the general location and vi~inity of subject.property of said ~eclas-

City Hall in the City c: Anaheim on March 30, 1964, at 2:00 o'clock P,M,, notice of
said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with
the~provis~ons of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and
against said Amendment to tF~e General Pian and said proposed Petition for Reclassi-
fication to investigate and make findings and recommendatiens in connection thereHith;
and
WI-lEREHSy said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study
made by itself and in its beha'lf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said hearing, DOES I~R.EBY FIND
lo That the present general description and extent of land uses in
the aforementioned area does not a~equately represent past and
current City policies regarding possible future development of
said general areao
2o That evidence v:as presented at said hearing which would justify
the City Planning Commission recommending a change in the above-
mentioned policies to the City Councilo
3o That Exhibit "A." o:F General Plan Am2ndment Noo 4 does constitute
~n acceptable a'lternative to current policies as illustrated on
the General Plano

NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning.Coaomissian..of .the
City of Anaheim does hereby recommend to the City Council of the.City af Anahez~.:
that subject General~Plan Amendment Noo 4 be approved on the basis of the afore-
me~tioned findings, and in accordance with Exhibit "A"~
