WHEREAS, aeid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reporta offered et seid l~earing, does find end deteimine the follow3ng facts:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is propecly one for which a Conditional Jse Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
parnit the sales and service of lightweight motorcycles.
2. That the proposed use wiil adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to ba located.
3. That the proposed use is incompatible to the existinq uses in the srea.
4o That the existing M-1~ Light Industria.l, 7.one prohibits the outdeor display of
merchandise and the petitioner stated that outdoor'display was essential to the success of
the proposed use.
5o That five letters were received from adjacent industrial developments and owners
opposing sub~ect petition. ~
