to the City Councii of the City of Anahei~ thet subject Petition for Reciassificetion be appmved estd, by ao doing,
U~dt Ti21e 1&Zoning of the Maheim Municlpel Code be amendeQ to exclude the above de~cribed proparty from the
R-A, Residenti~l Agricultural, Zone, and ta incorporate said described property into the
R-1y One.Family Residential, Zone, upon the follo~~ing conditions which.are hereby found
to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve
