WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive e vedfied Petition for Recleasifica-
tionfrom ALBERT TIKiCER, 2914 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner; SILLY J.
KIKER, 725 Kenmore Street, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit ~i
"A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering et the City Hall ia the City of Maheim on
April 27~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public headng having been duly given a~t required •by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end considee evidence
for end egainst saiZ ptoposed reclassificetion end to investigete end meke findinga and recommendeUons in connection
therewith; end •
WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, efter due inspection, investlgation, end study mede by itself and in ita behalf, end
efter due consideretion of all evldence and reporte ofEered et said headng, uoes find and detecmine the following fncts:
1. That the petitioner roposes e:eclassification of the ebove described~property from the R-A~ Residential
Agricultuxal,.Zone.to.t.~ie 8-3, Idultiple Family Resideatial, Zane to.establish a multiple
family planned residential development. ;
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan. ~

- r~ow, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does he:eby cecommend ~
fo the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclessification be epproved and, by so doing,
~ that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the
R-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the
R-3, Multiple-Far~ily Residential, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby
:ound to be a necessary prereyuisite to the proposed use of subject property in ord~r to
preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheime
lo That.the owner of subject property shall deed.to the..City of M aheim a strip of land
