KIKER, 725 Kenmore Street, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at.the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
April 27~ 1964~ et 2:00 o'dock P.M., notice of aeid public hearing having been duly given as required by

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subJect
Petition for Conditional Uee Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessery pcecequisite
to the proposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to pceserve the sefety end general welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1~ That trash storage areas sha11 be provided in accordance with approved p'lans on file~
ir. the office of the Airector of Pub'lic Workso
2o That fire hydrants sha11 be installed as xequiTed and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Department~
3. That Condition Noso 1 and 2y above mentioned9 shall be complied with prior tio final ,
building inspectiono
4~ That.the owner of subject propesty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 i
per dwelling unit9 to be used for park and •recreation purposesy said amount to be paid at the
time the building permit is issued~
5~ That subject property shail be developed substantially in accordance with plans and ~
spec.ificatiens on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Revision No~ 3Y Exhibit Noso 1 throuyh 7~+
