A RE:.OLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMEND WG TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0° ANAHEIM THE
TERMINATION OF RECLASSIFICATTON N0. 58-59-99
VJHEREAS, the City Planning Commission recommended approval of Reclassification Noo
58-59-99 in Resolution Noe 2495 Series 56~5y dated ~une t~, 1959y and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Reciassification Noo 58-59-99 in Resolution
Noe 5349, dated July 149 19599 and subsequently amended by Reso~ution Noa 5375y dated
July 219 1959 and Resolution No~ 5525, dated September 29y 1959~ and
WHEREAS, the Marjan Development Company on December 30, 1959 posted a$79000 bond to
insure the construction of street improvements, said bond having been granted three one-year
extensions on November ly 1960, September 26, 1961 and November 13, 1962, and
WHEREAS, Special Use Permit Noe 759 Conditiona'1 Use Permit Noso 177, 522 and 548 on a
portion of subject property have been developed and street improvements installedy and
WHERFAS, Conditional Use Permit Noo 212 for another portion of subject property was
granted in Planning Commission Resolution Noo 262, Series 1961-629 March 19, 1962y and
WHEREAS, under Conditional Use Permit Noo 212 no development has taken placey and
the time limitation has expired for said use because conditions have not been met, and
WHEREAS, the Marjan Development Company are no longer the owners of property covered
in Reclassification Noo 58-59-99
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim recommends to the City Councii uf the City of Anaheim that Reciassification Noo
58-59-999 and the $79000 improvement bond be terminated covering a condition of approval
of said reclassification, based upon the.foregoing facts~
